Because we place great emphasis on quality and service.  Our staff members know each and every slope in the area and know what beginners and experts need.  Even the name tells we belong: in the mountains.

Who is the founder of Skibex?

Alexander Walch runs the shop, and is supported by three experienced staff members.

What does “Skibex” mean?

The word Skibex is a combination of two words: ski and ibex.

The ibex moves through the mountains nimbly and yet majestically and is also known as the King of the Alps.  Our shop in Lech is also something special.  If you look closely, you will see on our logo an ibex with a pair of skis.  We aim to be the King of the Alps in ski rental and sales.
